York Photo Labs

I recently sent 7 rolls of vacation film to York Photo. I have used them many years ago and never had a problem with them. I received 2 out of my 7 rolls of film. They sent me a form stating I needed to identify the other 5 rolls. Has anyone had problems with these people? Do you know of a phone number that I can contact them with?
They do not respond to emails in a timely manner and I would like my other 5 rolls of film that I paid for. Any help would be appreciated!

The first thing I'd do is call telephone information and see if you can get a phone number for them. I belive their man office is Parkerburg WVA. The other one I'd do if you get nowhere that way I'd call your Credit card company and find out how to contest the charge. THAT should get their attention in a hurry.

I used the York Photo labs in Pittsburgh P.A. It's the closest to where I live in Syracuse NY. I've looked EVERYWHERE on there site, and no number. If I call the UK site, will I get the answers I need?
The U.S. site seems to avoid phone numbers...now I see why. They like to lose film. All 7 rolls of my film were sent together, they say now, that 5 of them are missing. And, to top it off, they still charged my credit card the full amount.
