Its not showing in your post. How are you trying to add it?

For a hosted image....you can click the IMG button and copy the complete address of the picture, and then click the IMG button again.

For an uploaded image, you would select "Browse" from the bottom of the reply screen and find the image you want to upload from your computer. Make sure the size is reasonable...about 500 pixels on the long side is as big as you should go. Be sure that the format is an accepted one, like .jpg or .gif.

Use the imege tags provided, Lisa.. Then preview.. I noticed when doing my testing that doesn't work, but does.. The provided tag comes with a pixel size that won't go above 475.. But if you remove the pixel amount completeley, your picture's original size comes thru.. :)

I used the browse img on my computer.
I think it was too big.

Huh? Explain that, dear sister?
And while you're at it, explain how you do your link to an image in your message and titled it "View Here"?????????

Removing the pixel count is easy. When you link to an image it will come up as [ img size=150 ] and all you need to do is delete "size=150" to make it say [ img ] and then close it with [ /img ]. Be sure to use the complemoving the pixel count is easy. Providing links is easy too... Go to the page you want to link and copy the url address at the top of your window.. In your post, paste the link, highlight it and click the URL tag on the far right..

I'm exceedingly frustrated and feeling very stupid because I can't get my picture to appear in the reply box. I've read all the instructions and I can't get it. Someone help please with instructions for dummies.

Who knows, I've never looked at the preview before. It might only pull the address and make the image appear when the post is actually saved. Might have something to do with the bandwidth or something techy like that.

Hi Chica. Are you talking to me susuyaya (Susan)? (Susie) is Swoozie. Anyway, if you WERE talking to me, thank you.
Actually I don't have a zoom, really. To get the bird pictures I got close to the window, shot at 10 megapixels and cropped. the feeder is right outside the window. My camera is the Canon XTi with a 28-70mm Sigma lens. Since I just got it I am experimenting alot and whenever I can.

Wow, you cropped it and it turned out that sharp? Great. Is it the 10 megapixels that 'does the trick'?

I just can't imagine getting really close to such bird, it would fly away no?
