Depends on how it's stuck.

Is it stuck image-side to the back of the glass, or is it the back of the photo stuck to the front of the glass?

And was it glued to the glass? If so what type of glue? If it's a rubber cement, you could try warming the glass to soften the cement, then GENTLY working the print off with a putty knife.

If the glue is water-based, you could try a little steam and again, GENTLY work the print off the glass. The steam might damage the print, but you'd probably prefer to have a damaged print than no print, right?

If the print is stuck with the image side to the glass, you're probably out of luck. You could always take a photo of the photo on the glass.

I've soaked the glass and image that is stuck on the glass in HOT WATER. It has sofened up somewhat, but is tearing my image off as I try to peal the photo paper back. I don't know what else to do. Guess i'll try to just make a copy of it while it is still in one piece. I've already damageed it, but maybe a copy can be made.

Thanx for your response.

It's too late now, but peeling is the worst thing you can do. That's why I mentioned using a putty-knife and working under the picture. And soaking the picture in water... ouch.
