You have a number of options.
What version of Photoshop do you have? Do you have Photoshop Bridge? And what image format are you shooting in, RAW or JPG?
Shooting RAW format gives you much flexibility in readjusting the color temp. With Photoshop Bridge, just open the image in the RAW interface and give the image the appropriate temperature. You can choose a preset or you can choose your own.
With JPGs, you can alter the color balance. With Photoshop CS3 and later, you can use Bridge's RAW interface to adjust JPG images, but the interface is more limited. Or within CS itself you can just add a Color Balance layer and tweak the colors.
If you're not shooting in RAW format, I'd strongly recommend you start doing so. It's so much more forgiving than just plain JPG.
