On yesterday's ranch shoot, the engaged couple posed at various times with one of their horses and several dogs. Not only were we working in Spider Field (see other thread by that name), but we were also in Gopher Metropolis. Gopher holes everywhere. We had to watch our every step.

But the dogs had great fun out there. When they weren't called in for a shot with their owners, they were frantically digging at fresh gopher-holes, whining/whistling/snarling the whole time they're tearing away at the holes. This Australian Shepherd had torn open a hole to the point that he'd stick his whole head in. When he jammed his head in a hole, you could hear his snarling coming out other holes at your feet. Very surreal.

That is funny Bob,
Glad the dog didn't get his head stuck. If I was the gopher I would come out and smack the dog on the backside when he had his head in there.
