Nikon D200 3ish years old. probably shot 50,000 photos through it. (# doesn't show up in Lightroom's EXIF) I think I have a mechanical shutter problem. The over exposed band in the photo is inconsistent and sometimes changes depending on what side of the camera is up. Sometimes it is a light band through the top of the photo and other times it is a wedge. Sometimes is it a complete black area of the photo usually wedge shaped and not always on the side sometimes a slice out of the middle of the photo. The over or under exposed area always hits at least one edge of the photo. I am using ver 2.00 Software. I am on Vacation in Costa Rica. what can I do about it here?
