New Bridge camera....

Hi. It's been awhile.

I'm looking to ditch my Sony SLT a57. I have macro and zoom lenses with it. I had it for a few yrs. I'm into photography for enjoyment only. I find it a hassle now to be out on walks/hikes and have to change lenses. The chances of dust and rain drops are high.

I'm really interested in a bridge camera like the Lumix FZ2500, or the Sony DSC - RX 10 lll. Problem with the Sony is it's a lot more money!

I like the Lumix but I don't hardly use Video and it has a great video recorder in it, and I'm probably paying for it, right?

Just don't worry about it or? All cameras have video but if you don't use it, what's the point?

Before the Sony, my first dslr, I had the Canon powershot 50, kind of bridge I think. Don't want to go back to them. My sister has a early FZ she does wonders with it.

The Sony is only $200 more at B&H. Seems like a better camera, but I have not used either. It really comes down to what fits you and your style of shooting.
