Nice photo, pretty dog! You need to post them directly in your message so people don't have to click a link to see them.

Yup, I think think that's what I should be doing. Like Max. Kickin' back

X-700 is a great camera. The view finders are a little dark but the cameras are real workhorses. I loved mine.

That is a beautiful dog, reminds me somewhat of a white fox!

Ken,

The face looks very much like a fox with a long pointy nose, pointy ears, slanted eyes, the fur is different on the face than the rest of the body.

This boys family are all champions but we bought him for a family pet so he's fixed and can't be shown or bred.

Was out today using a Minolta SRt 201. Of course, it's just a different box on which to mount the very same lenses I have for the Minolta X series cameras at home.

The SRT is one old camera. I just acquired it and reworked the light seals, lubed it up, checked the meter, and away we go. Fun using those matching needles. And manually controlling everything else is a blast. Only thing I don't know is if the shutter speeds are close to what they should be. Will find out when I develop some black and white next week.

Many a long year ago, I once had and SRT-101. It was state of the art stuff back then and those cameras were built like a tank! You know I have often wished that some manufacturer would put together a camera like the SRT-101 or even the old Canon AE-1 or the Olympus OM-1 but only put a digital sensor in the film box for a download and leave everything else the same, right down to the matching needles. A split image rangefinder in the viewfinder would be nice too.

Not only was it built like a tank, it's HEAVY as a tank. Smaller than the X-700 and the Maxxum I've been working with but heavier for sure.

In a day or two I'll develop some film and hopefully have an image or two to post.
