That is a slide film, if used you wouldn't have a roll of ilm but mounted slides.
Leica M8, Nikon D200, Kodak DCS Pro 14, Olympus E20N, Leica R8, Leica M3
Plus lots of lenses and Flash units for each.

The Chinon is a Cine Camera , I thought that particular model didn't sound like a still 35 mm camera .

Chinon was the house brand for a UK chain called Dixons that also sold audio equipment etc . They also had a brand of photo gear called Prinz ; they have rebadged then Communist Block equipment like Praktica and Zenith .

Dixons AFAIK has been taken over by Currys , who were a electrical goods store .

Used that film on 35 mm still years ago , It was Tungsten Balanced ; not Daylight or Flash .

To use it in Daylight , you'd have to put a 85 Orange-ish filter on the lens , otherwise the pictures would blue .

A roll of 35mm film that has
    not
been exposed in a camera generally has 4 sprocket holes exposed on the short side of the leader. If it was in a camera and rewound, more or less than 4 sprocket holes will be exposed. I say in general because I'm sure some film, somewhere, has left the factory with more or less than 4 holes exposed, although I've never seen one. We've been processing 35mm film for 13 years and I never saw a NEW roll that didn't have 4 holes exposed.

It would normally be viewed with a "Slide Projector", a "Slide Viewer" or on a "Light Table".

nikkormat, you do realize these posts you are digging up are over a year old, right?

Have you ever considered that people Google things and it's what they see in Google results .

In any case , I'm leaving this board , I get the distinct impression that people are apparently being chased across the board for any opportunity for petty nit picking .

Last time over the links, I was just trying to help you. You gave links as a reference and I couldn't access them. Maybe others couldn't either. They said I didn't have permission to enter. Maybe your computer remembered passwords or something. I'm sorry you feel that is petty nit picking.

I've had no complaints over links whatsoever , that I've copied and pasted on Safari or Camino OSX on other sites ; by people using Windows XP / Vista and IE or Firefox Browsers .

I don't know what the technical problem is or where the problem may well lie , it is well beyond my IT expertise .

As stated , I've had no problem opening links that I've created .
