I just bought a Canon Rebel xsi. The images look fine on the display but when I download them to the computer, they are "broken" images, with lines across picure, half of the picture blacked out, and the image lines not matching. They also print this way. I called Canon tech support but no help. Any ideas?

Have you tried to format your memory card, or have you tried another one?
