Tamra, I really love the first one. Cute.
The second one needs some work. Did you try cutting it out, it looks like it? Try a softer brush.

I'm pretty much with Stari on these. The first one is well done and very cute, but I'd suggest making the kid a little larger in the frame. The second photo would be great except for the careless editing. The hard edges of the cut-and-paste and the amount of original background still around the subjects are totally unacceptable.

It gets tedious, but edit that junk out. It's not so difficult to erase the bulk of the extra "tag," but when you get close to the edge of the subjects you'll have to work finer and finer.

The irony is, if you go that extra mile to clean up the picture the customer will likely never notice it, but if you don't clean it up, the customer most certainly will notice it... and not in a good way. The extra effort may not be cost-effective in the short term, but it's an investment in your reputation.
