...thank you...still don't know what it is...I guess I'm going to have to learn something about flowers...I like shooting flowers...they can't get away....

You have a point there, I have yet to have one buzz off somewhere. Seems I have seen this flower somewhere before on something but I can't remember what.

...I'm going to have to pick up a field guide to flowers or start reading the tags I guess...you remember the comment you made about the dog shot white being too hot?...I had a similar problem with this one but was able to tone it down a bit in post processing...
