I have a Canon PC 1130 and the Mode Lever will only allow me push it to the left, turning on the Playback Mode, but when I try and push it to the right to turn on Shooting Mode, it feels like it is being physically prevented from doing so. Any advice?

My Cannon PC-1130 camera does not hold a battery charge. When fresh recharged batteries are installed the battery indicator light only illuminates orange, never green. The battery charger is full boost and the batteries are new cad-lithium batteries. Have you heard or had a simular problem? Where do you for repair of the Cannon PC-1130. Thanks for your reply. Beth
